Nosh and Kickstarters PH teamed up for an outta’ this world of parent-child bonding activity. Arriana had fun playing soccer with her Super Strawberry team. As you know, Arriana always plays with her brother. But this time around, there are professional coaches guiding them. I like how Kickstarters PH adjust to each kids and not the other way around. Arriana was able to follow the drills and even wanted to continue playing even after the game.
Christmas is the season of giving and sharing. Growing up, I am excited whenever this season comes. It is the time where most of our balikbayan relatives visit the Philippines. We normally have exchange gift. We had all sorts of kinds already from white elephant to monito-monita. Growing up, we know that Santa is not real (but we don’t kill that dream for other kids) Like how we were brought up, I always want my kids to know that Christmas means giving more than receiving. So no gift is small or big.
Growing up, me and my cousin would always watch Disney On Ice every December. My cousin even completed all the tumblers and magazine souvenirs. It has been part of our family tradition and a big part of my childhood memories. Now, that we have our own kids, my husband and I started our own Disney On Ice family tradition because as a child, he would also go with his family and he had fond memories of it too.
Last year was our children’s first time. It was a perfect timing because it was Mickey Mouse’s 90th anniversary. JB’s godparents joined us because Ninang Thatha is a huge fan of Mickey Mouse. It goes to show that Disney On Ice is not just for kids but also for the kids at heart. Everyone had a great time last year that’s why we will surely not going to miss this year’s shows especially after attending the media launch last October 28 at the Skating Rink of Mall Of Asia, we get to have a glimpse of what we can expect. We were also treated to an exclusive ice skating lessons from the Disney performers. It was Arriana’s first time! More photos towards the end.
It was a beautiful day to play house as Tiny Buds Baby launched their newest product which we can use from pots to pans, bottle to pumps. Their Natural Bottle and Dish Wash is 100% fragrance free which i like! What I love the most is that it cleans with baking soda and sea salt. Every mom knows the magic of these combo.
Growing up, we have a Sunday routine as a family. Clean the house, Lunch at lola’s house, attend mass and then go to SM Makati. I remember buying Brownies Unlimited every Sunday. Brownies Unlimited first opened as a corner counter in SM Makati in 1988.
Last April, we celebrated Amanda’s first birthday with immediate family and friends. Ironic that we do planning and styling events as a business, but our family and friends know that we do simple and intimate celebrations for our kids. So this post is best for those who wants to DIY (Do it yourself) your child’s intimate party. I will be sharing some tips here so read through guys!
It always brings me extra joy to meet people who shares the same advocacy or values or even beliefs with me. My friends know that one of my life saying is, “happiness is a choice” you can choose to be happy or choose otherwise. We make sure to teach our kids to always choose happiness. For them to live in their now. Choosing happiness follows contentment. To be content with what you have.
