Disney On Ice Presents Live Your Dreams at the SM Mall of Asia Arena this December

Growing up, me and my cousin would always watch Disney On Ice every December. My cousin even completed all the tumblers and magazine souvenirs. It has been part of our family tradition and a big part of my childhood memories. Now, that we have our own kids, my husband and I started our own Disney On Ice family tradition because as a child, he would also go with his family and he had fond memories of it too.

Last year was our children’s first time. It was a perfect timing because it was Mickey Mouse’s 90th anniversary. JB’s godparents joined us because Ninang Thatha is a huge fan of Mickey Mouse. It goes to show that Disney On Ice is not just for kids but also for the kids at heart. Everyone had a great time last year that’s why we will surely not going to miss this year’s shows especially after attending the media launch last October 28 at the Skating Rink of Mall Of Asia, we get to have a glimpse of what we can expect. We were also treated to an exclusive ice skating lessons from the Disney performers. It was Arriana’s first time! More photos towards the end.

This year Disney’s Moana voyages onto the ice as Disney On Ice presents Live Your Dreams, produced by Feld Entertainment Inc., brings courage and adventures on an expedition across raging seas and snow covered mountains in this action-packed extravaganza featuring Disney´s Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, Tangled, Cinderella and Disney and Pixar Coco.

Disney On Ice Ticket Prices

Ticket prices starts from P190 to P4,550 making it enjoyable and affordable for everyone.

This year, they will be having 27 shows! I think this is nice because most of us are in our provinces, out of town or out of the country during the holidays. This gives us more time to catch the show. Below are the schedule of this year’s Disney On Ice. We normally watch after Christmas on a weekday for lesser traffic. We are currently looking at December 27, or 28.

What and who to expect to this year’s Disney On Ice?

Moana will set sail on a life-changing quest to save her island with the help of demigod Maui. With the ice floor transformed into the vast oceanic scape, Disney On Ice allows Moana’s strength and determination to take center stage. This engaging atmosphere lets audiences deepen their existing connection to their favorite wayfinder and discover one’s true identity is never out of reach.

Beautiful production number invite audiences into the world of Beauty and the Beast, as Belle shows what it means to be fearless. Through the athleticism and grace of Anna and Elsa from Frozen, Rapunzel and Flynn from Tangled, and Cinderella, these brave heroes ignite passion to believe.

Audience members will also explore the Land of the Dead as Miguel from Disney and Pixar Coco Brings the festivities of Dia de los Muertos to the ice and lives his dream of becoming a professional musician. Showgoers will witness each character’s unique qualities and talents inspiring children around the world to discover their inner hero.
